Payments

Deposits to retain new services is $100. Retainer/Deposit payments are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable to another person. Retainers/deposits are automatically forfeited after 12 months.

The full remaining balance will be collected on the day of your appointment, prior to your procedure. Cash and Credit/Debit/Care Credit cards are the only acceptable means of payment. This payment is final and will not be considered for refunds for any reason.

The touch up fee will not be charged on your initial visit. The price of this appointment is not factored into your remaining balance.

Scheduling

If you need to reschedule, 72 hours notice is required. If cancelled with proper notice, you will be given one opportunity to transfer your deposit to reserve a new appointment. In the event of canceling without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable and appointment will be forfeited. In addition, appointment availability for rescheduled appointments is not guaranteed.

Any appointment running greater than 20 minutes late will automatically be cancelled and all paid money will be forfeited.

Touch up appointments are required for optimal results. This service is not automatically booked. This service must be self-booked by the client online within 6-12 weeks from the original appointment date to avoid additional fees. We recommend booking this appointment when you book your initial appointment to avoid schedule conflicts.
