Scalp Micropigmentation Procedure (SMP)
This procedure is perfect for men and women who are not candidates for a hair transplant or opt for a non-invasive, more affordable treatment. The objective therefore is to use scalp Micropigmentation to replace your lost density and make it look like you have a full head of hair again. The SMP is a highly advanced, not only covering scars, but giving the illusion of a fuller head of hair by either by adding density to longer hair, or recreating the look of hair being shaved.
Scalp Micropigmentation is a procedure that is growing on a national and international level. Our technique was created to give the illusion of hair follicle replication without having to go under the knife for an expensive invasive surgery. SMP is often referred to as a hair tattooing, although far more advanced in the technique. It is a permanent, non-invasive, affordable alternative to the knife.
With this particular approach we begin at the natural frontal hairline, being sure not to make a line. Our objective is to let the hairline blur into density. We start soft, then go very dense throughout the rest of the thin hair. It is key for us to match the color perfectly, then go one shade darker, this gives the illusion of a 3D shadow and gives the desired result.
This is also a great option for clients who have had hair transplants but didn’t end up with desired density.

This is the perfect procedure for women who are thinning because we create an underlayment which gives the illusion of a full head of hair. SMP doesn’t only give the illusion of a full head of hair, but it actually stimulates new growth. The repetition of insertions to the dermal layer of skin is known to bring back hair follicles.
SMP is perfect for women who are thinning on the top and crown area of their head. We have treated many female Alopecia clients who wanted to not deal with the constant spot balding. We also have treated many women who have had facelift surgeries, due to scarring on the sides and temples of their head, it leaves bald patches. We will fill and camouflage scarring blending it evenly through the hair.
